Registration Key

You need to purchase a registration key to operate this software. The registration is sent when you purchase a user license online from our Website www.retireware.com. You can purchase a license only from the web site using MiraPay Internet Secure Payment Service, or mail or fax the order form.

Annual Update

RetireWare is updated once per year for changes in tax rates, thresholds, registered plan rules and limits. The 2010 update is available February 1, 2010.

You don't have to purchase the update every year. The software will work in future years, and will use tax rates and registered plan rules scheduled to apply in the future in accordance with existing legislation in the year of purchase.

If you purchased the CD ROM version in a previous year and you want to buy the update, you may either purchase the download or CD ROM update, both are identical.

Taxes and Shipping

Canadian residents must pay the Goods and Services Tax (GST). British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia residents must pay the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

There is a shipping charge for CD ROM orders of $9.95. We use Canada Post Xpresspost shipping, which delivers orders to your door overnight in major urban centers, and in two or three days in less populated areas.

If you pay via the Web with a credit card, your payment will be completed in a few seconds. RetireWare uses a third party payment gateway online credit card processing service for maximum security.

If you are mailing the order form and paying by cheque or money order, your order will be approved 5 business days after the day we receive your cheque, or 2 business days after we receive a money order or bank draft.
