Online Retirement Planner Wins Top IFCA Award

TORONTO, SEPTEMBER 10, 2007 - Apeiron Software Limited

Sun Life Financial won the 2007 Insurance and Financial Communicators Association (IFCA) award for best online tool. This tool was developed by Apeiron Software Limited among a number of other online tools that form part of the online user experience of nearly one million participants of group retirement plans administered by Sun Life Financial.

The award received is for "Best of Show - Benefits and Pensions, Electronic Materials" category. This awards program is open to all North American insurance and financial services companies. Sun Life Financial will receive its award at the IFCA annual meeting award gala in Dallas, Texas on October 2, 2007.

RetireWare and RetraiteWeb Now Registered Trademarks

TORONTO, AUGUST 26, 2007 - Apeiron Software Limited has received approval under the Trade-marks Act of Canada for its RetireWare and RetraiteWeb brands. In use since 1998, RetireWare has been synonymous with leading edge developments of financial planning models for the desktop and the Web.

Apeiron Software Receives IRAP Grant from National Research Council of Canada

TORONTO, JUNE 9, 2006 - Apeiron Software Limited has received funding assistance from the National Research Council of Canada under the Industrial Research Assistance Program. The grant will make it possible to develop enhanced Monte Carlo simulation models that recognize market cycles and create a post-retirement risk management and evaluation framework for future versions of RetireWare and other online tools.

French Version of RetireWare

TORONTO, OCTOBER 1, 2005 – The new version of RetireWare, including all help files and manual are now available in French. The French version is called RetraiteWeb. Users can switch back and forth between the English and French version simply by selecting the language on the software Options menu.

Change to Release Date

TORONTO, AUGUST 29, 2004 - Apeiron Software Limited will release RetireWare Version 2.0 Standard Edition on September 29 instead of August 31, 2004. RetireWare Version 2.0 Monte Carlo Edition will be released November 30, 2004 and RetireWare for the Web, the web-based version of RetireWare, will be available in the first few months of 2005. RetraiteWeb, the French version of RetireWare, will also be launched in early 2005.

TORONTO, MAY 15, 2004 - Apeiron Software Limited is changing the release date of RetireWare Version 2.0 Standard Edition to August 31, 2004. As fate would have it, our founder and head developer Marc Des Rosiers is going to China to get his adopted daughter, and he would be away on the previously scheduled release date. RetireWare Version 2.0 Monte Carlo Edition will be released September 30, 2004 and RetireWare for the Web, the web-based version of RetireWare, will be available November 30, 2004. RetraiteWeb, the French version of RetireWare, will also be launched November 30, 2004.

Scheduled Product Releases

TORONTO, MARCH 31, 2004 - Apeiron Software Limited is proud to announce the upcoming release of RetireWare Version 2.0 Standard Edition and RetireWare Version 2.0 Monte Carlo Edition. The new versions will have more features, greater ease of use, an enhanced graphical display and presentation-quality reports. RetireWare Standard Edition Version 2.0 will be launched on May 31, 2004, and RetireWare Monte Carlo Edition Version 2.0 will be released July 31, 2004. RetireWare for the Web, a web-based version of RetireWare with most features of RetireWare Standard Edition, will be available in the fall of 2004.

New Web Site

TORONTO, MARCH 31, 2004 - Apeiron Software Limited is launching a new and greatly expanded Web site, www.retireware.com, with more content, information and tools on financial and retirement planning. This is the first phase prior to the introduction of version 2.0 of RetireWare, its flagship retirement planning software. This will be followed in the fall of 2004 with RetireWare for the Web, a subscription-based retirement planning Web version of RetireWare.
